Autoantibodies against ACh receptors blocking transmission of nerve impulses at motor end plate junctions.

Hyperthyroidism - autoantibodies against thyroid stimulating hormone

Autoantibodies against myelin basic protein
What is pernicious anaemia?
Autoantibodies against intrinsic factor or parietal cells

Autoantibodies against those in the lungs or the kidney

Autoanitbodies against double stranded dna
What is Rheumatoid artheritis?
Autoantibodies against Fc part of the IgG molecule, which is deposited in joints leading to chronic inflammatory response, destroying tissue.
How does polio cause autoimmunity?
It has antigen similar to the one of ACh. Causing myasthemia gravis.
