direct revalation
A
- the narrator makes direct statements about ht character’s traits through descriptive narration
- use when you want to make a point about a character and the plot of your story is more one of experience than of action, use direct character revelation

indirect revelation
A
- other characters reveal the character’s traits by what they say about the character, by the way they react. dialogue is part of the indirection revelation
- use when your story is one of suspense or action, you may want to reveal your characters more indriectly
