Why are writing minutes important?

What is the Clerk of Works?
A clerk of works inspects the workmanship, quality and safety of work on construction sites.
What are BBA Agrement Certificates
The Agrément Certificate is a UKAS-accredited product and system certificate scheme which enables manufacturers of products used in the construction industry to demonstrate a product’s fitness-for-purpose.

Planned programme - original project programme

What is a programme float and what are the two types?

What is a PERT diagram and how would you use the three point estimation technique when collating a programme?
Pert is a tool used to schedule, organise and map out tasks within a project. PERT stands for program evaluation and review techniquie.
The three point estimation is:
Optimistic - the best case scenario
Most Likely - estimate for both favourable and unfavourable conditions with some risk occurring
Pessimistic - The longest amount of time it is beleived the task will take.
What are the different types of programme dropline?
Straight - everything is on track
Jagged - some things are ahead or behind on programme
