The supervisor’s responsibilities:

- tell the offending party to stop immediately in minor complaints
- document the complaint in the offender’s Performance Documentation file and next eval
- in severe cases: order offender to cease immediately, document the events send copy directly to Chief
- supervisors shall educate employees about harassment, monitor their employees for signs, isolate employees from further harassment (care should be taken to insure this is NOT perceived as punishment)
