A

We must believe in Jesus Christ because believing in his teachings, life, death, burial and resurrections brings repentance which we must do, in a continual process to renew our minds (process of sanctification). By this you are persuaded and fully trust with your whole heart and mind what you are promised by the sacrifice of JC. God’s grace came though Jesus Christ because we were unable to save ourselves.

Q

Is our faith to be placed in keeping the Sabbath day, or the T moral code to be justified before God? If not, what what do we place our faith in?

Scripture reference: Galatians 3:11

A

Our faith is not supposed to be placed in keeping the Sabbath day or nor Old Testament moral codes, because following the law never justified anyone . People follow the law only to practice it in their life, but do not live it out by faith thus declaring themselves justified by their works (v12). We are to place our faith in Jesus and his righteousness which justifies us.
