What is condition causing easy bruising in children due to a decreased number of circulating platelets?

A

Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a condition which causes the number of platelets in your blood to be reduced. Platelets are what makes blood clot and they are needed to help you stop bleeding and bruising after an injury.
