Q

How did Edward regain the throne?

A

Warwick and Margret’s alliance lacked strength because they didn’t trust each other, when fighting Margret and her troops waited first in France leaving Warwick and his troops to fight
-in 1470 Elizabeth Woodville gave birth to a son, giving Edward an heir, decreasing Clarence’s chance to gain the throne
-upon returning to London, Edward claimed only to be back to get his title of York so nobody felt threatened
