If wind shear is confirmed, what is the commonsense thing to do?
Delay, discontinue tof or app
W/S ahead b4 v1 you should?
Reject
W/S after v1 you should?
preform WEM
W/S is encounter b4 v1 with insufficient rwy. Wt should you do?
Rotate at VR, normal rate the do WEM
If W/S occurs near VR and suddenly drop in airspeed, you may not have enough rwy to stop or accelerate to normal speed.
Rotate at a normal rate the last 2000 (amber lights) before rwy end even if A/S is low.
May need higher than normal pitch ATT
