What should you do with Low Bounce?
Hold or Pitch max of 4-5 D (on horizon or HUD-Below Horz)
Add thrust if need to reduce ROD
and Land (is runway is long enough)
Normal pitch attitude for flare for 800’s +900’s are?
2-3 D ( under the hori on the HUD)
Lower gross weights require what type of flare stratergy?
Flare 2D max Flown on the rwy at exact spd to avoid floating
Shallow bounce or skip
Hold or Set landing Pitch 2-3 D ( HUD-Below Horz)
No thrus needed
and Land (is runway is long enough)

When can bounce landing occur?
No automatic SB deployment
Higher than idle thrust at touch down plus SB no deploy
What should you do in a High or Hard bounce, ?
Go Around Toga- thrust Fwd (verfy THR shown and TOF thrust set) positive clr Flps 20 "Pr" Gr/Up Atc What else next
What is a rejected landing ?
An aborted landing attempt at low altitude, before to touchdown.
How do you preform a rejected landing?
Normal GA procedures.
FD will give GA guidance once Toga was pushed.
You may get horn as thrust advance because flaps greater than 30 until it reached flaps 20.
What is a Balked landing?
An aborted landing after touch down
but before to thrust reverser deployment.
How do you perform a GA after touch down? (Balked Landing)
