ATT OFF
Set TOF Thrust (Thrust levers FWD)
Verify (SB retract, AB disarm)
Rotate min of Vref
Pitch towards 15D

Toga- Once Safely airborne Verify FD and FMA
“P/R” ..Normal G/A procedures
