What is the visual field?
A
Visual field is the whole region of space seen by both eyes when looking straight ahead
- A monocular visual field extends
- Horizontally ~ 60 degrees nasally (towards nose) and ~
90-100 degrees temporally (to the side) - Vertically ~ 60 degrees superiorly and ~ 75degrees
inferiorly
