What is the pardot prospect list table view?
Marketing, administrator and sales manager can change the prospect table view to sort and filter prospects by category. Like all prospects, unmailable etc
What are the pardot Prospect list view categories?
Active prospects - have at least one activity (not email sent, open, bounce or opp.)
Active prospects for review - active prospects not assigned to pardot user and have not been marked as reviewed
All prospects in account
Assigned prospects - that are assigned to users in account
Mailable prospects - all prospects who havent opted out ot hard bounced

What is prospect table actions?
Table actions apply mass actions to prospects table without having to use an automation rule.
You can select the entire table or individual prospects.

What user primissions is need to create a prospect manually?
Pardot sales role or higher
How is a prospect’s source field populated?
The value in a prospect’s source field is determined by the referring URL. The referring URL is the page the vistor was on prior ti visiting a page with Pardot tracking for the for the first time.
Pardot pulls in source data when the referring URL is present and matches up with the expected website for a given vendor.
What vendors can appear in a prospects source field?

Why would you assign a prospect?
To give a pardot user the ownership of the record

What actions can be used to assigned a prospect?
Manual assignments - by a pardot/crm user
Automation rules - assignment based on matching certain criteria
Completion actions - based on a prospects action form submission, specific page view, file download, custom redirect click
Engagement programme actions - assigns prospects based on how they responsed to your programme.
What can assignments actions not do?
They don’t reassign prospects who have an owner.
What are the assignment actions?
Assign to group - assigns a prospect to a user in a specific group when requirements of the rule are met.
Assign to user - assigns to the specified user when requirements of the rule of fulfilled.
Above actions are available in all accounts.
What are the assignment actions? Only available for account with a pardot-salesforce connector
Assign to queue - assigns a prospect to the salesforce lead queue when rule’s criteria is met. Prospects assigned to a queue ARE considered assigned to an owner and aren’t reassigned.
NOTE - dont use this rule if your connector is set up for pardot to sync to contacts instaed if leads. You can assign only leads to Salesforce lead queues.
Assign prospects via salesforce active assignment rules - pushes a prospectto your salesforce active assignment rule when the rule’s crieria is met.
When does a prospect syncs to salesforce without an owner?
When a prospect meets the rule criteria for a salesforce active assignment rule.
The assigned user is synced to pardot when the active assignment rules determines who yo assign it to.
Why does pardot recommend connecting pardot users to Salesforce users?
When trying to reassign a prospects owner, If the Salesforce user isn’t connected with the pardot user, a prospect’s assigned owner doesn’t matched bewteen systems.
