A

field value name

31
Q

what are the three stages in stage-based prospect marketing?

A

hot, warm, cold

32
Q

What happens if I remove a prospect from a list of programs?

A

If a lead is removed from a list that a program is using, that lead stops moving through the program.

33
Q

What happens If you remove a lead from a program’s recipient list and then add them back?

A

they will pick up where they left off in the program.

34
Q

What happens if a potential customer unsubscribes from a list that the program is using?

A

Unsubscribe status only applies to marketing emails. If a prospect unsubscribes from a program listing, they move through the program but do not receive emails from that program. However, if the prospect is on multiple lists used for the same program, they can still receive emails from the program.

35
Q

Can I merge two leads in the same program?

A

Yes, but there are things to keep in mind. When you combine leads, you choose a primary lead record. When leads are members of the same engagement program, the new primary lead starts from the step that any of their combined leads most recently touched. Depending on the most recent point of contact, the primary prospect may skip steps or go through the same step twice.

36
Q

What happens if a waiting lead is deleted or removed from a list?

A

Leads in a step with a wait that are deleted or removed from a list are removed from the program. If a lead is added back to the list or is no longer deleted, it goes to the next step at the originally scheduled date and time.

37
Q

What happens to leads waiting on a step when a program is paused and the step is removed?

A

When the program resumes, the lead immediately moves on to the next step in the program.

38
Q

Is it possible for a lead to land on a step with an email scheduled for a date that has passed?

A

Yes. For example, if a prospect is added to a list that is fed by an old engagement program. If a lead lands on an email step scheduled for a past date, the email step skips it and doesn’t send. Go immediately to the next step in the program.
