A

Content > form

Step 1: name

  • name form
  • select folder
  • select campaign
  • click next

Step 2: fields

  • add new field > click + add new field
  • use the tool icon to edit, rearrange, delete fields
  • click next

Step 3: look and feel

  • choose a layout template
  • enter the text for the submit button
  • on the above form tab, enter the content that appears above your form fields
  • on the below form tab, enter the content that appears below you form fields
  • on the style tab customise the look and feel of your forms elements
  • on the advanced tab, configure how your form behaves, how it tracks prospect activities, and how it protects against spam bots
  • click next

Step 4: conpletion actions

  • on the thank you conten tab, enter the content that displays after the prospect submits the form
  • on the thank you code tab, enter cose that you want to run after form submission
  • add completion action
  • click next

Confirm and save form

CSS classes - enter a class tonuse for specific css in the layout template associated eith your form.

Description

Always display even if previously completed - use for fields for which the prospect can submit the samw value more than once.

Do not pre fill - use for fields that are set to always display and that you dint want to be prefill with a previous value

Maintain the initial value upon subsequent form submissions - retains the initial field value when the prospect submits more forma with different values for the same field.

The values tab is available only for checkbox, radio button and dropdown fields.

Prefill with - value from the dropdown

A icon - display an alternate value on the form. The original value appears in the prospect record

Grid icon - assign a profile to the prospect when the prospect selects the value

+ icon - adds prospects who select the value to the designated list
