1154 What kinds of questions can be asked in Company Report?

A

In Company Report of merchandising report, questions below can be asked. Questions can be disabled.
* On Shelf Availability
- Answer is yes or no
- When answer no, other question can be skipped even if field set required

  • Stock
    • Answer is number.
    • When answer 0, other question can be skipped even if field set required
    • Alerts are available for low stock and out of stock
  • Expiry Date
    • Answer is date and SENRI will calculate date to expire automatically
    • Alert is available for day to expiring
  • Share of Shelf
    • Answer is either direct input or calculation which Manager can choose
      - When direct input, FS input percentages of share of shelves and it’s often virtual estimation.
      - When calculation, FS input either width or length, or both.
      • Alert is available for low share
  • Retail Price
    • Answer is number.
    • Alerts are available for low price and high price
  • Purchase price
    • Answer is number
  • Sales quantity
    • Answer is number
  • Source of Purchase
    • Answer is text
  • Note
    • Answer is text
  • Photo
    • FS submit multiple live photos with selection of question attached with timestamps.
    • Timestamp helps manager to compare before and after.
      All questionnaires text and alert except for photos and Note are customisable.

1177 What is the difference between direct input and calculation on SOS in merchandising report?

A

“If you choose direct input, FS will input percentages of share of shelves directly like 30%,50%,70% and it will be often visual estimation.

If you choose calculation, FS will input either width or height, or both of them to SENRI and SENRI will automatically calculate percentages of share of shelves. FS may require to go with measure.”

1178 How does item list for company report in merchandising work?

A

How to set items
Company item list has list of either category, product and SKU (herein call as items) which you want to list.
Each item can have different criteria for alert functions like low stock. Import and export functions are available.
Required field
You can also make each item required, but you cannot set different required settings in the same items in the different questions.
One item has one required settings so if you make product A required, it will be required for all active questions i.e. stock, SOS, retail price etc…
Levels of item for each type of questions
In merchandising questionnaires settings, you can decide if FS answer each type of question like stock, retail price with levels of item including category, product, SKU.
