c) For some customers especially with distance travels, they want to calculate transportation cost in advance

FS can always edit Time, Repeat and Note. For other fields, it depends on quote ;Addition and Deletion of future schedule from mobile app& quote; settings on company page. Managers can choose from:

  • Not allowed

Schedule visit by field staff monthly or weekly.
In agrochemical industry, since long trips happen, field staff plan for a month or month depending on last visit date and agreed follow up timeline with customers
Objectives are to follow harvest cycles and to achieve agreed follow up with customers.

A

Case1: Schedule visits by field staff and minimum #plan per day
Staff submit weekly schedule in advance and if it does not reach to minimum requirement, staff cannot start day.
Field staff also check outstanding balance of credit.
Objectives are to ensure daily number of visit and manager check business cycle separately.

Case2: Schedule visit by manager at the beginning of month
Manager compose monthly schedule and imported to SENRI
Manager have specific visit planning every month to maintain business cycle.

Case3: Repetitive route
Manager can set repetitive route every quarter and staff can just follow predetermined route.
Unplanned visits can be restricted in this case.
Objectives are to maintain business cycle for especially existing customers.

The number of plans in schedule summary doesn’t include deleted plans, as well as duplicated plans.
