A

Managers can set credit limit per customers in customer detail page. Field Staff cannot record sales when the amount of unpaid transaction exceeds preset credit limit.

A

Basically we don’t remove any data from database completely. This is because removing data physically cause some issues such as making mobile app crash and impossible to recover.

Thus, you can only change status from active to inactive so that the customers are removed from mobile app and reports on web.

Choose from the below choices
All users
Only user who is assigned to the region *require region assignment settings from user settings
Only user who register the customer

If there are several location requests and one of them is approved, the others requests are rejected. The location of customer is then changed from the created date of the approved request

1163 Why aren’t “Sales in the last 3 months” and “Sales/visits in the last 3 months” in the customer details up to date?

A

Those doesn’t include the amount for the current month.
For example, on September, Sales Last 3 month includes the sales amount for June, July and August.
Also, to avoid calculating data every time page is opened, the data is only updated on 1st and 7th of each month and may not be up-to-date until then.
This applies to customer detail on both web and app when “View sales data made by others on mobile app” settings is Allowed.

1276 Why number of customer registration in Activity Report and number of customers in customer list are different?

A

The number of registered customers in Activity Report is only counted when FS records some activities such as check-in/out, visit report, sales, merchandising report, delivery or payment, whereas in Customer list, all customers are counted.
If there is the difference, please check last visit of customers in customer list.

1326 How does phone number duplication work?

A

If the user is online, the app will check if the phone number has been registered across the entire customer database.
If the user is offline, the app will check phone number duplication for the customers assigned to them. This also applies to customers initially assigned to the user but are no longer assigned to the user.

Phone duplication is not checked when registering customers on the web.

1328 What happes when count in reports is disabled in customer detail?

A

Filed Staff may engage in activities other than visiting customers, such as commuting to the office or going to the factory. By registering them as customers, the activities can be recorded in SENRI. However in many cases visits to these customers should not be included in the number of customer visits.
To solve this issue, you can select whether or not to count the number of visits in customer detail. During visits to the customer, tracking of location and time and the creation of activities are still possible but it’s not included in the number of visits and plans in all reports on both web and mobile app.

The number of visit and plans will be excluded based on the settings on the uploaded date.
When new plan is made with customers excluded from visit counts, only the plan after the day of changing the settings will be excluded from plan counts. For repeat plans, plans for dates after the setting has been changed will not be counted.

Settings:
Customer > New/Edit Customer > Count in reports > Disabled
*This can be adjusted only on the mobile app.

To identify those customers, (Excluded from visit counts) will be added to customer name on the web and the tag will be shown in customer detail on the mobile app.
