A
  • Past records remain active.
  • Field staff name will be hidden from dashboard and reports except the period when he worked
  • Field staff is forced to logout and cannot login again.

A

A

When there are multiple managers, leaders or supervisor have different authorities to access to SENRI information. For example, supervisor do not have authority to edit transactions but view transactions. Some leaders do not have authority to view payment status of each customers etc.

By assigning users to user group, only the information of the assigned group can be accessed by them on both web and mobile app.

A

Customer assignment and main inventory assignment will be removed.
Activity data will not be deleted but Display in dashboard and report settings of the user must always be Displayed in order to be able to refer to those data after deletion.

1262 What happens when changing user group of Field Staff?

A
  • FS won't be able to see their salesof the previous User group on the app.
  • Managers who are not members of the previous User group won't be able to view the activity details of that User group, such as number of visits and sales amount.
  • As a result, number of visitsand sales amount may look different from the actual values on both web and mobile app.

1329 Why user name is hidden with asterisk?

A

Due to the data protect act, the user name is hidden by asterisk once the user is deleted in Kenya.
To identify deleted users in past reports, user id is also added to the name.
Thus if the username is "test account" with id 123, the name will be te***** 123 after deletion.
