a) We’d like to minimize introductory cost and client can test first.
b) SENRI is so-called SaaS and we updating mobile app every month and web app every week while some ERP can be installed once and never updated.

1191 What is the competitive advantage of SENRI against its competitors?

a) We have customer support officer in each countries and especially when client onboards, we check usage every day and support proactively not passively.
b) Since we are targeting customers in emerging market, we are updating our mobile app every month and web app every week according to the feedback from this market while mobile app from US/Europe tend to de-prioritise those requests and UI/UX is also fit to users in emerging market
c) In emerging market, internet connectivity and GPS location are not always rich. For internet connectivity, we developed module which make data transaction secure even if connection is unstable. For GPS, we developed own module to ensure GPS accuracy for tracking and visit verification.
d) We have very low rate of downtime. We have not experience unscheduled downtime ever.”

a) For server, we use AWS in Germany which many of banks, government and insurance companies are use internationally. We never experience data leakage.
b) Data connection is encrypted
c) Manager can always force field staff to logout from mobile in case of anything.
