1004 Can Field Staff use all functions of SENRI app in offline?

Field staff can use SENRI mobile app offline excluding functions below:

Customer registration and detail
- View Customer photos (once you downloaded, it will be stored in cache)
- Restrict to create another activity with pending customers after 1 month from the registration
- Edit customer additional questions
- Check required additional questions before visit<br></br>- Check latest payment balance of customers

Sales activity
- View the invoices with paid or delivered status and last sales quantity in SKU details while taking new order
- View Stock of ERP and Main inventory in order taking
- Apply advanced price scheme
- RegisterVFD
- Sent OTP at delivery

Merchandising activity
- View assigned merchandising lists
- View merchandising reports made by other users

Other activity
- View some past records
- View expense photos
- View remaining leave balance
- Edit/create schedule
- View visit reports made by other users
- View # of monthly planned visits
- View photos in visit report history ( since v9.1)

1092 Do field staff have to tap refresh every time they want to refresh?

Answer 2

No, they don’t need.
The app automatically refreshes every 30 minutes if the internet is online.
If there are any unuploaded data created when offline, it will be automatically uploaded when it becomes online.
Plus, frequent manual refreshing of app may consume bundle of the device.
