What happens when you have Kartagener’s Triad?
A
You have primary ciliary dyskinesia where the outer dyne arms cannot work in cilia and they are immotile. This inhibits the function of Keupffer’s vesicle, and you cannot place your molecules correctly left/right.

Left - pitx2, nodal, calcium
right- lefty, which inhibits nodal.
