1) PO fluconazole 150mg STAT OR clotrimazole 500mg pessary if PO contraindicated
If pregnant then local treatment only

Recurrent
>4 episodes per year
Induction- oral fluconazole every 3 days for 3 doses and then fluconazole weekly for 6 months
