What is it?
A
Whereby adhesions are formed within the uterus due to trauma to the endometrium
From dilatation and curettage procedures
Leads to partial or complete obliteration/ obstruction of uterine cavity with resultant infertility

A
Hysteroscopy= gold standard

What is the management?
A
Surgical dissection of adhesions
Often with barriers to prevent adhesion reformation
