When is ATTENTION CREW - AT STATIONS PA used?
On ground only as soon as aircraft has stopped with park brake set, at anytime after the doors have closed for departure until opened again for disembarkation. It should be prioritised alongside any initial actions required by the QRH.
If after initial PA has been made the captain believes there is no present threat to the aircraft and an evacuation is unlikely, what announcement should be made?

Passengers to be moved to a safe area.
How far away should passengers be moved in the event of a fuel spill?
Passengers should be moved upwind - upslope and at least 15 metres - 50 feet from the spill.
