A

What should happen in the event of a larger spill.

A

Authorised Refueller stops fuelling and notifies company and TRM and Airport fire service.
All activities, people and vehicles are stopped in the vicinity to reduce risk of ignition - this includes GPU’s and air conditioning units.
If judged to be a fire hazard consider rapid disembarkation.
No vehicles allowed to approach.

A

All engines should be stopped within 6 metres - 20 feet of the fuel spill.

A

No vehicles should be allowed to approach within 15 metres - 50 feet if the fuel spill.
