Metabolites
Substances that take part in metabolism and are made by the body.
Botanicals
A catchall term for plants.
Capillary
A tiny blood vessel through which nutrients and waste products travel between the bloodstream and the body’s cells.
Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate
A metabolite supplement that gained immediate popularity and use in weightlifting and bodybuilding circles from initial research that reported increased strength and lean body mass when taken as part of a resistance-training program.
Main use of Caffeine as an Aid
Increasing mental (cognitive) and physical performance, including athletic performance.

A substance extracted
from rice bran oil that has been reported to promote a variety of metabolic effects, including increased endorphin release, antioxidant action, lipotropic action, stress reduction, growth hormone stimulation, growth, and recovery in various types of research studies.
Ferulic Acid
A part of the gamma oryzanol molecule that is also available as a supplement.
