Cellulitis
A spreading bacterial infection underneath the skins surface characterized by redness, warmth, swelling, and pain.
Dehydration
A state of decreased total body water. Occurs when excess of sodium is in the body.
Edema
Swelling from injury or inflammation to the body.
Erythema
Redness of the skin or mucous membrane caused by hyperemia (increased blood flow) in superficial capillaries.

An in dwelling subcutaneous catheter used for administration of medication into the subcutaneous layer.

Raised, itchy areas of skin that are usually a sign of an allergic reaction.
