- arterial vasospasm on exposure to cold air

A
Fetal distress on CTG
Vaginal exam

How is cord prolapse managed?
A
Avoid handling cord
Lift fetal presenting part
Left lateral position / knee to chest
Consider tocolysis
Emergency caesarean
