What does the field look like?
A rectangular shape with end zones and each end marked with cones
Where do you stand at the start of a point?
Both teams line up on the front of their respective end zone lines
What is it called when the defense throws the disc to offense at the beginning of a point
A kick off
What happens if the offense does not catch the Frisbee, but they do not touch it during the kick off

A stall
What needs to happen in order for a stall to be warrented?
The defender has to count the time out loud
What is the defender guarding the thrower called?
The marker
What are the 6 reasons for turnovers?
Throw away, drop, block, interception, out of bounds, and a stall
What is a throw away?
The thrower misses the target and the disc falls to the ground
What is a drop?
The receiver is not able to catch the disc
What is the difference between a block and an interception?
A block is when the defender deflects the ball and it hits the ground and an interception is when a defender catches the disc
What is out of bounds?
The disc lands out of bounds, hits an object out of bounds, or his caught by a person out of bounds
What is a stall?
When the thrower does not through the disc before the defender has counted to ten
How far away should defenders stay from offense?
At least an arms length away
What is the “Spirit of the Game”?
Ultimate Frisbee stresses sportsmanship and fair play. Players call their own foul and line calls
