Name the 3 theorys of emotions ?
- Differential or discrete emotions theory
- Functionalist approach
- Dynamic systems theory
Define the differential or discrete emotions theory:
- Emotions are given by birth
- Each emotion is seperated and is dependent on specific bodily and facial reactions.
Define the functionalist approach:
- Emotions are there to promote an action which is needed to achieve a goal.
