A
cells are not cancerous and won’t spread
Capsulated, slow growing, good differentiation, look like the parent cell, Good outcomes, little local effect

Explain a malignant tumour
A
cells are cancerous and can spread to other tissues and organs
Growth rate is variable – but abnormal, invasive, locally very disruptive, differentiation variable, little or no resemblance to parent cells – anaplasia, Spread as common, life-threatening

lipoma , Granuloma, adenoma, fibroma
