simian hand - flattened hand d/t weak intrinsic

no triceps reflex and horner’s syndrome

A

polyneuropathy or chronic inflammatory demyelinating neuropathy

sharp pain on shoulder that radiates to arm then weakness

affects long thoracic and ant interosseous

nuerogenic: pain in shoulder, arm, hand and 4th-5th digits
