2. Concept - examining the needs of the user and of your business and coming up with solutions
3. Design - Make mock-ups of the product and carry out interactions with the user
4. Implementation - Carry out usability testing, accessibility evaluation and expert revision
5. Launch - When the product is launched, gather feedback from web analytics and usability testing
