Purpose of the EEA?
A
- Ensures equal representation of app population groups of SA through effective implimentation of affirmative action
- Provides the posibility for workers to refer unresolved labour disputes to the CCMA

- Training costs of the business increase as the need to be correctly trained on the implimentation of the EEA

A
- Denying people access to the workplace based on discriminatory grounds
- Treating workers unfairly and incorrectly implimenting affirmative action
- Conducting HIV testing unless justified by a labour court

Penalties for non-compliance?
A
- May recive a compliance order
- Businesses that do not comply after the comliance order may be charged for non-compliance by the labour court
- May recive large fines
