  1. base wine is a healthy grape
  2. pickers picked several times in the vineyard to select Aszu (rotten) grapes
  3. Aszu berries of the paste are macerated in the base wine before/during/after fermentation for 12-60 hours
  4. pressed and aged in oak for minimum 18months
  5. bottled in traditional 50cl bottles.
