Pectoralis major prox/distal attachments
Prox: medial 1/2 of clavicle, sternum, and the costal cartilage of costal heads of ribs 6-7
Distal: lateral lip of intertubercular crest and the bicipital groove of the humerus
Pectoralis major innervation and blood supply
Innervation: lateral pectoral nerve (C5-T1) and the medial pectoral nerve (C8,T1)
BS: pectoral branch of thoracoacromial trunk

Prox: ribs 3-5
Distal: coracoid process of the scapula

Prox: Ribs 1-9

Blood supply: lateral thoracic and thoracodorsal arteries

Prox: costal cartilage of rib 1
Distal: surface under the distal clavicle
Subclavius innervation and blood supply
Innervation: nerve to subclavius (C5-C6)
Blood supply: pectoral branch of thoracoacromial trunk

Depression of the clavicle
Diaphragm prox/distal attachments
Prox: costal margin, inferior border of ribs 11/12, L3 (right crus) and L2 (left crus)
Distal: central tendon
Diaphragm innervation and blood supply
Innervation: phrenic nerve (C3-C5)
Blood supply: musculophrenic and inferior phrenic arteries
