What are the 6 functions of the skeleton?
Support, Shape, Movement, Protection of vital organs, Storage of minerals, Blood cell production, Shape.
What are the roles of Long bones?
Act as levels. Muscles pull on them to create movement.
Blood production. Red and White blood cells produced in the bone marrow of long bones.
What is the role of a short bone?
