Q

How does sunlight become the limiting factor?

A

Not enough sunlight slows down the rate of photosynthesis, so it is the limiting factor.

Q

How does does CO2 become the limiting factor?

A

It will only increase the rate of photosynthesis up to a certain point, so if the temperature and sunlight levels are right, then it must be the limiting factor.

Q

How does temperature become the limiting factor?

A

If the temperature is too low then it slows down the rate of photosynthesis, but if it is too high then the enzymes controlling the photosynthesis reaction become denatured, so it will stop all together. Therefore, the temperature has to be optimum for maximum photosynthesis.
