Q

Who was the prophet Haggai? What did he prophesy against?

A

Haggai was a minor prophet in the 520’s BC who told Judah to stop being selfish and make a house (new temple) for God before new houses for themselves. They didn’t listen at first, so he called God to call a drought upon them. After that, they repented and built the temple, so God restored them back to normal
