A

They control things in organs and cells that need constant adjustment
- Hormones are secreted by hormonal glands, these glands make up the hormonal system.
-Hormones tend to have relatively long lasting effect

A
  • This produces adrenaline which prepares the body for ‘fight or flight’ response
