Serratus anterior, thoracic wall.

Pectoralis major, pectoralis minor and subclavius.

Teres major, subscapularis and latissimus dorsi
What are the contents of the axilla?
Tendons of biceps brachii and coracobrachialis, axillary nerve, axillary vein with cephalic vein joining, brachial plexus.
What is axillary clearance?
Removal of the lymph nodes in the axilla in breast cancer sufferers to prevent metastasis.
What do the lymph nodes in the axilla drain?
Lymph from the upper limb and also from the breast.
What structures form the apex of the axilla?
1st rib, clavicle, superior border of supraspinatous
