Mx - full course tetanus vaccine, last dose <10yrs ago
no vaccination or Ig required
Mx - full course of vaccine, last dose >10yrs ago
tetanus prone wound - reinforcing dose of vaccine
high risk wound - reinforcing dose of vaccine + tetanus Ig
Mx - vaccination Hx unknown or incomplete
reinforcing dose of vaccine
tetanus prone or high risk wound - reinforcing vaccine dose + tetanus Ig
