A

4 months treatment in active TB without neurological cns involvement

10 months if active tb with cns involvement and offer dexamethasone or prednisone and withdraw slowly over 4-8 weeks

What is classed as treatment interruption in Tb initial phase

A

More than 2 weeks gap or missing more than 20% of doses

If due to hepatotoxic then resume once ALT back to normal and cont treatment max 10 days
