Taylor used the 5 Principles of Management to find the best method for competing each task by studying workers a the Bethlehem Steel Factory in the 1980s

The relationship between managers and workers should be harmonious and they should acknowledge each other’s importance to achieve total harmony’s it isn’t beneficial to either side if there is clear difference.
Mental Revolution means…
Understanding the value of each other and working with full participation to boost profits.
Cooperation, not individualism means…
Managers and workers should have mutual cooperation and confidence to decrease internal competition
