The Order Details / Claims title is on the Case page and holds the details for the Order and Claims. The Order Details tab lists all the Nike.com orders placed under the Consumer’s profile. Here you will find:
Order Date
Number
Number of items
Amount
Type
Order Origin
You can expand the order for more details, including shipping address, product styles, sizes, and colors. From the Order Details tab, you can:
See order history
See auto-generated system emails related to the order
Cancel an order or item
Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Order Modification
Log into Swoosh Training and practice order detail planner
located on order details
View details associated with an order
view tracking information
initiate a cancel, return, exchange or modification
reship an order
resend or forward transactional emails
if more than one order exsists
get the order number from the consumer
hit enter to pull correct order
