Nike Infinalon – the result of more than two years of development – is an infinitely comfortable and incredibly stretchy new fabric that feels so good, athletes* will want to wear it everywhere. Infinalon Light is the newest addition, providing a lighter weight to seasonal apparel.
Engineered specifically for yoga workouts, Infinalon fabric is designed to feel comfortable on the mat from gentle restorative poses to the most difficult inversions*. Thinner, lighter and even stronger than traditional yarns, Infinalon feels irresistibly soft and smooth, while providing a gentle compressive feel that hugs the body. Infinalon vs. Traditional Spandex
The yarns that make up Infinalon are twice the size of traditional materials, resulting in lighter, yet stronger, more durable fabric. With this finer yarn woven into multiple layers, yogisreceive a high-density material at a low weight, which is how Infinalon products provide a breathable, lightweight feel.
Thicker yarns also means Infinalon doesn’t become see-through when stretched. The material’s enhanced stretch properties create a smooth look, meaning athletes* of all abilities and sizes can push it to the next level comfortably and with confidence.
Softness is measured by the amount of protruding fibers that come out of a material. Infinalon fabric has two times less of those protruding fibers than traditional materials, making it noticeably softer on the hand and body. Feeling comfortable means focus remains inward, not on outward distractions.
