Major Fuel Spillage
A
- To be carried out iaw RNAS yeovilton unit spillage response plan
- Dial 2222 and guard room
- Incident team arrive to take over
- Pollution control officer to call in spillage response contractor
- Med staff and PR officer are to be called
- Be aware of safety implications
- Follow the do’s and dont’s (smoke, eat, use phone etc)

Wheels up landing
A
- Follow the WUL kill card
- SERT team and spare manpower to assist
- Duty Eng, Duty Aviator and ATC formulate a plan
- WUL facility to be built near point east using the WUL pre made kit
- Instructions are to be followed on how to build facility
- On landing personnel are to stay clear
- Rotor brake is not to be put on

GPMG stoppage
A
- Aircraft to go to arming spot 1 or 2
- ATC close the runway
- Once GPMG made safe it is to be removed and sent to the armoury for investigation with the correct documentation
- If it can not be made safe the aircraft is to shut down until the incident can be resolved

Aircraft to go to arming spot 1 or 2
Ops informs WCPO
Aircraft is shut down
Mass to be set to safe for 30mins
Hang up procedures to be followed iaw 5A6
Stores to be returned to AWS

- Marsheller uses fire signal
- Opposite wheel to be chocked and parking brake removed
- Use dry chemical fire ext
- Line sup dial 2222 (sqn, a/c spot, a/c number, incident, which wheel)
