What are the features of posterior circulation stroke?
Brain stem:
- Coma
- Vertigo
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Ataxia
- Hemiparesis
- Visual field defects
What is the treatment of stroke?
Aspirin
Thrombolysis with alteplase
Thrombectomy
Anticoagulants
Statins
BP management
