Treatment

A
  1. FIRST: phenoxymethylpenicillin 250mg qds for 10 days
  2. SECOND:
    birth to 6 months: clarithromycin for 10 days
    6 months to 17 yrs: Azithromycin 300mg once daily for 5 days
    pregnancy: erythromycin for 10 days
