Continuous seizures for >5mins or when convulsive seizures occur w/ no period of recovery

Pulse oximetry
Blood gases
Glucose, U&Es, LFTs, clotting

What is the emergency management of Status Epilepticus?

A
ABCDE - 100% O2, IV access, glucose, ABG, ECG
IV lorazepam (4mg bolus)
Finger prick glucose
IV Pabrinex (if alcoholism)
IV phenytoin (15mg/kg)
Intubation if seizures >20mins
